Disabled Facilities at Murrayshall House Hotel

Murrayshall does all it can to look after and provide a warm welcome to guests whether able-bodied or with some disability.

For the hard of hearing we can offer an induction loop which can be situated in any of our rooms to assist in amplification of your hearing.

Our staff provide every possible assistance. There is disabled parking spaces and wheelchair access into the hotel via the West Door at the front of the hotel or by the club entrance. The restaurant, lounge and some bedrooms are all situated on this ground floor level. There are full wheelchair user / disabled toilets on the ground floor.

We currently have one bedroom especially built and equipped with the wheelchair user in mind. Both the Old Masters Restaurant and the Club Restaurant are pleased to assist those on special diets or with food allergies, eg: wheat intolerance such as celiac / coeliac disease, nut allergies etc. Please let us know at the time of booking that you will require a special diet, and we will inform the kitchen.

For the partially sighted we are pleased to provide large print versions of our menu or other literature that may be of interest. Please contact us if you have specific requirements so that we can ensure your stay is comfortable.
