Interstate Hotels & Resorts are now looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join the team at the beautiful Murrayshall Country House and Golf Club.

As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with Interstate core values:

‘Do The Right Thing’ – Ensure every guest recieves exceptional service as set out by brand guidelines, whilst maintaining compliance within the Food & Beverage department.

‘Be Your Best Self’ – Utilise your wealth of experience and knowledge to manage the daily operation of the F&B department and drive our business forward.

‘Think Like A Guest, Act Like An Owner’ – Assist to implement rigorous financial controls and ensure adherence to company policy and procedure at all time, whilst anticipating the needs of our guests at all times.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous supervisory experience within a similar role, preferable within the branded market. With a flair for hospitality, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards.

It goes without saying that you will be flexible, highly organised, and have the ability to manage teams at all levels.
