Interstate Hotels & Resorts are now looking for a Front of House Manager to join the team at the beautiful Murrayshall Country House and Golf Club.

As Front Of House Manager you will lead the Front Office operation and work alongside the Head of Rooms to ensure the delivery of an exceptional guest experience at all times in line with the Interstate core values:

‘Be Your Best Self’ – Assist in the development and achievement of sales targets in line with the annual budget through identifying and driving sales leads.

‘Do The Right Thing’ – Ensure all customer enquiries and requests for bookings are dealt with promptly, courteously and efficiently, achieving the best revenue streams at all times.

‘Think Like A Guest, Act Like An Owner’ – Maximise sales through up-selling, using incentives and promotions and most importantly drive guest loyalty through the recognised brand recognition programme.

‘Think We Not Me’ – Oversee all recruitment and continual development of the front office team ensuring departmental objectives for the team are set and feedback is provided on a regular basis.

To be successful in this role you will have experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a branded property. The Front Office team are usually the first point of contact we have with our guests and therefore you will be well adept in overseeing a team that always delivers an exceptional guest experience. It is essential that you have experience working with a Central Reservations System and have excellent communication skills.
