Spend the evening at our award-winning Lynedoch Brasserie near Perth for a relaxing dining experience overlooking beautiful views of the Murrayshall Golf Course. Led by Head Chef, Craig Jackson, our brigade of chefs have created a mixture of traditional and modern dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Available to seat 70, our Brasserie can also be hired out for weddings, pre-race lunches, and special occasions.
Opened in 2018 our newly refurbished Lynedoch Brasserie serves delicious food created by our award-winning chef. So whether you fancy something special such as Pheasant breast with shallot puree, burnt leeks and chestnuts
or Poached fish and shellfish in a tomato, fennel and saffron broth or to share our Chateaubriand, the brasserie won't fail to impress.
Our experienced team can advise you on the best wines from our wide selection to complement your favourite dish, making sure that your dining experience with us is truly unforgettable. Throughout the year we hold many food and wine gourmet evenings and cookery demonstrations for those who want to celebrate a special occasion or learn more about speciality wines.
