Signature Holes

Embrace the challenge

Murrayshall and Lynedoch Golf Courses

With 36 individual holes across the two courses, picking your favourite may be a challenge in itself, so here are our top two.

7 - Dog's Grave

Murrayshall No. 7 - Dog's Grave is most notable for the large tree in the centre of the fairway just as the hole doglegs right. Most drives not reaching the tree can leave a difficult second shot under the canopy. Once you have negotiated the tree, the elevated green is protected by the surrounding trees and burn running across the green front.

15 - Lynedoch View

Lynedoch No.15 - Lynedoch View provides you with a fabulous panoramic view of the golf courses and surrounding Perthshire countryside. From the highest point on the golf course the green is 90 feet below the tee. The narrow fairway is guarded by a bracken-filled gully to the left and woodland to the right, both a real risk and reward opportunity as the green is in reach of a 'straight' drive with a fairway wood.
