We announce our revised £30million Masterplan

We are excited to announce revised plans for a new £30 million investment to diversify our facilities, marking the start of a formal consultation programme on the proposals.
We have submitted a Proposal of Application Notice (PoAN) for each forthcoming planning application to Perth and Kinross Council, commencing the statutory 12-week pre-application consultation period. A public consultation event will be held here at Murrayshall on 12th December from 1pm to 7pm, with a further event taking place on 31st January 2023. Representatives from the project team will be available to answer questions from members of the public and more importantly, receive feedback on our proposals.
Gary Silcock, our General Manager, said: “We are delighted to announce a new masterplan for Murrayshall Country Estate. Further to our previous application, we have listened to the local community and reconsidered our aspirations for the future of the estate. This new masterplan would generate substantial benefits for the local economy, and would provide a sustainable future for the Estate, ensuring its resiliency for decades to come. We would encourage anyone with an interest in the proposals to view our project website and to attend our consultation events.”
We recently received planning permission to sensitively relocate our driving range, making it better-connected and closer to the existing hotel infrastructure, thereby providing an improved customer experience. The associated expansion of the facility will create new jobs, primarily through the addition of a Golf Academy and will benefit members, visitors and the local community by delivering an enhanced golf experience.
More information on the proposals can be found via the project website accessible at www.murrayshallmasterplan.consultationonline.co.uk.
