Established walking paths run all through the estate and make it easy for you to enjoy the fantastic Perthshire scenery and take in the fresh air. Whether you fancy a morning stroll or an evening wander, you don't have to look far. There are also a variety of walks up the Sidlaw Hills only a short drive from our estate.
Cycling is one of our favourite ways to explore the estate and local area. Bring your bike with you to allow you to experience the glorious Perthshire countryside. Please speak to our reception about storing your bikes during your stay. We will even recommend some of our favourite cycle routes for you to try out.
There are excellent tennis facilities nearby in both Scone (1.5 miles away) and Perth ( 3 miles away). Please speak to our reception team, who will be happy to reserve a court for you or should you wish to take some coaching during your stay we recommend DAR Tennis based at Scone Tennis Club.
Gleneagles Equestrian Centre is just a 15 minute drive away from Murrayshall and offers riding tuition and hacking. Alternatively, we can arrange for you to ride nearer to us so you can enjoy panoramic views of the Perthshire countryside from the incredible vantage points around our estate.
QUAD BIKING & OFF-ROAD 4X4 DRIVING
If you're an adrenaline junkie, quad biking will definitely be something for you. We have a partnership with neighbouring estates who offer quad biking experiences. What better place to enjoy the challenges of racing against each other through streams and over rough ground than in the Scottish countryside around our estate.
