Taste our Best Award for the Murrayshall kitchen brigade…
Along with his team Head Chef Craig Jackson has been awarded a ‘Taste our Best’ award by VisitScotland, this is recognition of his commitment to using quality local produce.
In order to achieve this award the examiners are asked to agree that our restaurant is represented by the following statement –
We are committed to serving quality Scottish produce prepared with care and delivered with passion.
The dining experience was found to be of an excellent quality exceeding the standard required for a four star property, combined with over 80% of the menu being sourced from Scotland.
