Our Head Chef is awarded a Master Chef of Great Britain
We are extremely proud to announce that our Head Chef, Craig Jackson, has been awarded the prestigious title of a Master Chef of Great Britain.
The Institute of Master Chefs was formed back in 1980 and has branches globally. It provides a forum for culinary ideas to further the industry through training and guidance of young chefs.
As a member of The Master Chefs of Great Britain he will be asked to do demos and themed Masterclasses to students and apprentices across the UK, to enhance their culinary skills and understanding of quality produce.
Becoming a Master Chef of Great Britain is a huge accolade as you must hold a minimum of 2 AA Red Rosettes for at least 2 years. Well done Craig, huge plaudits for this and we look forward to seeing you shaping the future of our young chefs at the hotel and throughout the UK.
