Murrayshall Country Estate is looking for an ambitious, passionate and commercially driven Head PGA Professional to lead and elevate our golf offering as we continue through an exciting period of investment and growth.
Set within 365 acres of stunning Perthshire countryside just outside Perth, Murrayshall combines championship golf, luxury hospitality and unforgettable experiences-all in one spectacular destination.
With 27 holes of beautiful parkland golf, a floodlit driving range, short game area and fully stocked Pro Shop, this is a fantastic opportunity for a golf professional ready to make their mark at one of Scotland’s most dynamic resorts.

The Role
As Head PGA Professional, you’ll play a key role in driving the success and growth of the golf operation while delivering an exceptional experience to members, hotel guests, corporate clients and visiting societies.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves golf, enjoys building relationships and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
You’ll lead from the front-whether that’s delivering first-class tuition, growing membership sales, developing the driving range business or creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere within the Pro Shop.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering high-quality golf tuition to members and guests
- Driving retail sales and promoting seasonal products
- Supporting the development and growth of memberships
- Growing the driving range business and increasing engagement
- Working towards golf revenue targets and commercial objectives
- Creating an outstanding experience for every golfer visiting the Estate
- Building strong relationships with members, guests and colleagues across the resort
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with personality, professionalism and a genuine passion for the golf industry.
You’ll ideally have:
- PGA Assistant Professional registration
- Strong golf industry knowledge
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A commercial mindset with confidence in driving sales and memberships
- Great organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, energetic and positive attitude
