Afternoon Tea is served in the Barossa Bar from 12pm till 4pm, every day.

Born in Sicily, always had a passion for making cakes and desserts with younger sister, studied at the Chef Academy, Umbria, Italy for 1 year to become a qualified Pastry Chef. Worked in many restaurants and hotel in Italy, with the last one being Timalu, Sicily before moving to Scotland in October 2017. Has spent the past 5 years as Pastry Chef at Dunkeld House Hotel in Perthshire before moving to Murrayshall in May 2022. Agnese is loves being creative and Harry Potter is one of her favourite books and films.
