Boozy Brunch at Murrayshall

Join us on Sunday 28th September for a relaxed and flavour-packed Boozy Brunch experience at Murrayshall. For just £45 per person, guests will enjoy a delicious brunch menu, three expertly crafted cocktails, and live music from DJ Lewis—all set within the beautiful surroundings of our estate. A bus transfer is included, with pick-up in Perth at 12pm, travel to Murrayshall, and return into town afterwards.

To start, enjoy a selection of small croissants, Danish pastries, breadsticks, a cured meat and cheese board, marinated olives, tzatziki and hummus—served for the table. Each guest will then enjoy a pre-selected main dish (details below), with all orders and dietary requirements to be submitted by Monday 8th of September to louise.netherington@murrayshall.co.uk.

Main Dish Options:

• Brioche French toast with miso & sesame maple glaze, streaky bacon

• Tartlet of smoked Scottish salmon, scrambled eggs, chive crème fraîche & caviar

• Creamed wild mushroom & truffle on toasted sourdough, topped with a poached duck egg

• Toasted sourdough crumpets with dry cured ham, poached eggs & champagne hollandaise

• Smashed avocado on toasted wild hearth sourdough with fried eggs, puffed ancient grains & ancho pepper

Limoncello Spritz, Espresso Martini, and Hendrick’s Garden
