Modern Calligraphy Masterclass

Learn a new skill and enjoy a relaxing afternoon exploring Modern Calligraphy with Jemma from The Coastal Pen on Sat 15th June.

Perfect for complete beginners or those who have dabbled with calligraphy previously.   You will be provided with all the tools and worksheets required to start enjoying the meditative process of using a dip pen and ink whilst learning a modern alphabet.  You will progress to writing words, and will finish the afternoon by tracing a short A5 quote to celebrate how far you have come in this beautiful art form.  

Throughout the workshop you will receive constructive feedback and get to take your personalised kit home to enable you to continue on your calligraphy journey.  

Jemma Toller started The Coastal Pen Calligraphy Studio in 2021 and has studied under several internationally renowned calligraphers.  She specialises in traditional pointed pen scripts and has worked with a range of clients creating bespoke artwork for individuals and on -the-day stationary for brides to working with clients such as The Balmoral Hotel, La Mer and Rolex.

Jemma loves to share this relaxing and mindful art form and is an encouraging and enthusiastic teacher, gently guiding you as you begin your own journey exploring calligraphy.
